As we're sitting here watching Grease on ABCFamily, it's really occurred to me that I have this whole movie memorized! I love everything about the movie, from the time period to the fun songs throughout!
Grease has been one of my favorite movies for a long time, so there's no doubt I know all of the songs played & sung throughout the movie, but I could probably also quote any part of the movie at any given time!
In fact, I probably had this movie memorize within a week! Let me just tell you this quick story...

Valentine's Day Eve Snow Day!
Well, what do ya know, another short work week for me. I only worked Monday through Wednesday of this week because we had which is probably, maybe, hopefully our last snow of winter. I say hopefully because I don't want to miss so many days of school that they take away Spring Break! However, I have gotten a lot done, which I do every time we have an unexpected day off, and I enjoyed a little more time with Matt! Yesterday, he didn't have to be at work until 8:00, so we both got to sleep in...him way more than I usually do! I'm sure he loved that!
Yesterday evening, after it had started snowing again, Matt was outside for a while and I took a few pictures...you'll have to ignore the fact that some of them are slightly blurry. I wasn't wearing gloves, so my hands were freezing and I was trying to take pictures as quickly as possible. I was just freezing all around because I was in jeans, a hoodie, and flipflops. HA. I kept going in and out of the house to get stuff that it wasn't even worth putting on my boots--it's way easier to slip flipflops

Love List
I think it's about time for another one of these posts!
I've been brainstorming things all week to be sure I have a good list for this post, and here's what we have today:
Rachael vs. Guy Celebrity Cook-off--I get sucked into this show every season! My favorite contestants to watch this season have been Florence Henderson on Team Rachael (everyone loves to watch Mrs. Brady cook!), and Hershel Walker on Team Guy. The finale is next week and I'm excited to see who wins! I'm sad the season will be over already, but the following week, Worst Cooks in America starts coming on, so I know I'll be watching that show, too. The problem will come in March when Dancing with the Stars returns on Monday nights, too, and I'll have to pick and choose what I watch on the actual night, and what I'll have to catch On Demand!
Crocheting--Mom recently got me back into crocheting when she made Abby an infinity scarf for her birthday. I finished my first one on

Super Bowl Sunday & Michael Robinson Day
were very nice, I was so glad that both students and staff were all at school on Friday. Why? Because Friday was Michael Robinson Day at Varina!
Everyone wore their Seahawks gear, team colors, or a Michael Robinson football camp t-shirt, which most of us picked up extras of the day before spirit day!
Many news crews, the Times Dispatch and a representative from the Henrico paper all came to document the festivities during lunch...when the students could sign the banner (see below) and grab some Seahawks cookies!
There was also a video recording of Michael Robinson giving a shout out to Varina that played on our TVs all day (we had it memorized pretty quickly! :) , so that was pretty cool, too!
