The laptop I have is the one I got for college, which when I really think about how long it's been since I entered as a freshman, it's crazy to me! Needless to say, this laptop has really seen its day. It's super slow now, but I'm still able to get work done.
I'm putting together LuLaRoe outfits right now and making sure my inventory is up-to-date, and I decided to open iTunes for some background music. I put it on shuffle, and was really entertained by this random mix of songs, so I decided to share a few :) Maybe some I shouldn't even admit to having on here, haha.
1. 50 Ways to Say Goodbye by Train
2. Dialogue from Winning London (a really good Mary-Kate and Ashley movie, if I do say so myself)
3. Last Christmas by Hilary Duff
4. I Am the Walrus -- the karaoke version from Abby's graduation party. haha. I hope you guys had the pleasure of seeing my cousins, Gabby and Alison, and I perform this song back then. Between the 4 of us, we put on some GREAT concerts!
5. Merry Christmas Baby by Hanson (their Christmas CD is amazing!)
6. Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas by Judy Garland
7. Your Crowning Glory by Raven and Julie Andrews (from The Princess Diaries 2)
8. Mysterious Ticking Noise from Potter Puppet Pals* (thank you Lindsey & Jordan for putting this on a CD for me senior year at Longwood!!)
9. That's Just the Way We Roll by The Jonas Brothers (not gonna lie, after hearing this song again, I still love this song just as much as I did when it first came out, haha).
10. All Over the World - I'm not sure who it's by, but it's off of the MFUGE soundtrack from the mission trip in 2006! Brings back some good memories hearing this song again! We had some GREAT times on those trips!!
*If you're a Harry Potter fan and have never heard of Mysterious Ticking Noise, you need to go look it up on YouTube right now.
Are y'all even the slightest bit shocked at the amount of Christmas songs that came on in a short time frame?
P.S. These outfits I'm putting together will be posted in my Facebook Group Page on Monday ;)

25 Days of Christmas: Day 1
It's that time of year again! I can hardly believe it!! It feels like I was just making 25 different Christmas cookies and different treats last year, and now it's time for a new round of my 25 days of Christmas!!
It took me a lonnnnnng time trying to figure out what I was going to do for this year's 25 days. I've done my 25 favorite Christmas songs (2010), 25 favorite Christmas ornaments (2011), 25 favorite Christmas movies (2012), and, of course, 25 Christmas cookies/treats (2013).
For this year, I thought about my very first 25 Days of Christmas posts in 2009. Each day, I just shared something Christmasy I did each day leading up to Christmas. I thought about last year's 25 posts and how much of a challenge it was to keep up with all of the baking! Don't get me wrong, I loved doing it (as did everyone who got to enjoy the snacks I made!), but some days, I just didn't feel like making something, I was running out of hours in the day, and quite frankly, it started taking the fun out of the spirit of what I wanted the posts to be. In addition to that, I was also working a seasonal job, in addition to working at Varina, which took up my weekends, so I was rarely home and felt like I could've spent more time at home doing and enjoying more Christmasy things. Therefore, I'm kind of going to "repeat" on the 2009 series, and each day this time around, I'll share something Christmas related that I've done! I think this one will be a lot different though, because a lot of the posts in 2009 were things that I was doing at Longwood for Christmas. Unfortunately, haven't been doing much of that lately. :( Plus, hopefully no one will get bored of reading about movies or songs or cookies everyday! haha.
So, enough rambling, time for the first post, right???
If you didn't know, I play in the Bell Choir at church. I really enjoy it....especially at Christmas!! We've been working on Christmas songs for several weeks now, and it has been getting me very excited for Christmas. Tonight, we had bell practice and organized our music for when we play all of our Christmas music at church! If you're not doing anything, definitely come to Fort Lee Baptist Church on December 21st at 10:30am to hear all of our great songs we have been working on!! There are some fun songs!! It's going to be great!

Songs I Love {at the moment}
Today, I will actually put effort into the blog post!
One of the many things that Matt and I have in common is that we both love music. We might both love different types of music - which is 100% true!! - but, regardless, we both love music. (Granted, there are some of our music preferences that overlap SOME, so we can tolerate listening to each others' music!)
{Honestly, you should really see/hear us when we're riding in the same car together....it's always interesting to see what type of music we end up listening to!}
Since Santa brought me some new CDs I wanted for Christmas, I've basically been listening to them all on repeat! I love them! That gave me the idea to share some songs that I love in a blog. Some songs will be from the CDs I got, others will just be fun songs I wanted to share!
