In pre-school, I used to love performing in the Christmas and Easter programs. We would first all come out and sing a bunch of songs for our parents. Then, we would go back to the classroom and get our costumes on to act out the Biblical stories. We have some funny home videos from when I was in pre-school, as well as when Abby was too!
I always remember singing Jingle Bells, because we got to make these bracelets with pipe cleaners, and we would string jingle bells on them. Then, during the song (and we were only allowed to wear these bracelets during Jingle Bells!), we would get to shake our wrists to make our own music!
So number 22 is a very simple, yet classic Christmas song: Jingle Bells.
Which, by the way, did you know Jingle Bells was originally written as a Thanksgiving song???
